We were out and about in the north of Lake Garda from September 4 to September 6, including a bike tour from Arco via Riva del Garda to Torbole and back again. The well-developed cycle paths in the area are really great and you can also cycle very well with a children's bike trailer. There are surf schools in Riva del Garde and you can go on boat trips. The restaurants in River del Garda are very good, we ate in various restaurants here and everything tasted very good.

We made the trip to Riva del Garda in July. The weather can be changeable in July. If there's a thunderstorm, it takes a few days for it to move away from the mountains. It is a beautiful place located directly on Lake Garda. You can go mountain biking here. The beach is a pebble beach. Every 2nd Tuesday of the month is market day. It is very large and offers a lot of choice. You can travel from Riva to other towns by boat or bus. Riva does not have the typical small alleyways of Limone or Malcesine. There is a large market square in Riva at the jetty for boats. This square is a great place to spend some time and I can recommend it!

Lake Garda is a beautiful destination, the breathtaking scenery, the picturesque villages and the variety of leisure activities make it a perfect place for a relaxing vacation, whether you opt for water sports hiking or just relaxing on the shore Lake Garda offers something for everyone the culinary delights of the region round off the vacation experience. I can hardly wait to travel there again.
